I purchased a Wii Fit at the weekend, played for about 3 hours trying all the different games. Some I don't really see as keeping fit in the sense of burning fat or losing weight but I guess any amount of exercise is classed as being good. The aerobic and muscle games are great and can really feel like a true workout. The family joined in some of the games and Nintendo have made the WiI lots of fun, supposed to be serious and exercise however we laughed at each other playing games like the Hula Hoop. I would say if you want a bit of fun and some exercise without having to go to the gym or run outside in the rain, then this is an alternative option, better than some excerise videos I have seen anyway.
