It is not always about buying from companies that you recognise, made my purchase from Comet as I now the name -worst mistake ever - delivery was late and customer service poor - never again

not the cheapest of retailers but I recognised the comet name and thouhgt they would provide a good service, bought a TV from them, good service all round, happy customer
