If you have any after-sales problems, don't expect any co-operation from this firm. My experience of them is that after they have got your money, you will be fobbed off with excuses, given promises that somebody "will ring you back" or that you will just be left hanging on the line until you get fed up with waiting. They do not reply to written correspondence. I paid up front for a new £400 television set, but had to chase the company for two weeks before they even delivered. I received an appliance that failed completely within days. The only response obtained from them was advice to contact the manufacturer. A County Court claim is in progress.
