After having my faultly MP3 player for 2 months, they finally offered a refund. They refused to refund either the original postage nor the return postage. Very bad - I will not be buying from them again.

Order took a couple of days longer than expected, Pixmania very quick to help and answer my query – all in all, very pleased with the service, would recommend.
